By signing up for vOffice services you agree to the terms and conditions below, please read them carefully before proceeding.
Terms and Conditions
1.0 Operating Hours
vOffice will provide services during business hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. vOffice will adhere to any public holidays in accordance with Malaysian law for the state of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. vOffice may also declare certain business days as off days, provided prior notice of at least 5 working days is given.
1.1 Communications
vOffice's primary communication channel shall be via email. Emails sent through vOffice's Corporate Email Server to the email address provided by the Client on the registration form shall be deemed delivered, accepted, and understood from the time they are sent. It is the Client's responsibility to update vOffice with their latest working email address in the event of any changes differing from that stipulated in the registration form.
1.2 Sales Agreement
The agreement made upon registration will cover the services stipulated in the first term. Any request for modification or deviation from the original intended services without written consent from vOffice shall not be considered and may incur additional costs. Upon renewal of the contract, services will revert to the standard package as listed on our official website.
1.3 Use of the Accommodation
The Client must only use the accommodation for office purposes and for the business stated in the Agreement or subsequently agreed with vOffice. The Client must not use the name "vOffice" or any of its associated companies in connection with their business. Booking of vOffice facilities is subject to availability.
1.4 Taking Care of Our Property
The Client must take good care of all parts of the business center, its equipment, fittings, and furnishings used. Alterations to any part of the property are not allowed. The Client is liable for any damage caused by themselves or anyone they invite to the business center.
1.5 Suspension or Termination
vOffice reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend services at any time with or without notice in the case of outstanding invoices or breach of the Agreement. Upon suspension or termination, the Client must discontinue the use of vOffice services and disclaim vOffice as their virtual office service provider. Uncollected mail, parcels, or items after 14 days of suspension or termination will be discarded. vOffice is not liable for any losses arising from such instances. Any use of services after termination or suspension will be deemed trespassing.
1.6 Liability
vOffice makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding its services. While vOffice endeavors to provide the agreed services, it is not liable for any loss or damages to the Client or third parties resulting from its actions or inactions.
1.7 Fraudulent Use of Service
The Client agrees not to use vOffice's name, services, or premises for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes. vOffice retains the right to determine the validity of the Client's use of services. Suspicious mail, parcels, or items delivered to vOffice premises may be opened or inspected without the Client's prior agreement.
1.8 Indemnity
The Client indemnifies vOffice against any claims or losses arising from their use of vOffice services. This includes but is not limited to loss of information, damages, or errors caused by vOffice actions or omissions.
2.0 Payment Terms
Services are auto-renewed at the original standard price unless the Client notifies otherwise. An invoice will be sent 21 days before the end of the billing cycle. Cancellations must be confirmed using the vOffice Official Service Cancellation Form, available on our website.
2.1 Modification of Services
vOffice reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with or without notice. Price increases will be communicated with 21 days' notice via email.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations before service activation may be eligible for up to a 70% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations after service activation. vOffice reserves the right to change the Cancellation Policy without notice.
3.0 Client Privacy
Client information will be kept strictly confidential. However, vOffice reserves the right to release Client information if it suspects a breach of this Agreement.
3.1 Matters Beyond Our Control
vOffice is not liable for breaches caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, war, or government actions.
3.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes between vOffice and the Client will be governed by the laws of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
3.3 Miscellaneous
vOffice retains ownership of telephone numbers assigned to Clients. vOffice is not affiliated with the Client beyond providing services. Any threats to vOffice staff or property will result in immediate service termination and police involvement. vOffice may relocate obligations with 21 days' notice and reserves the right to modify this Agreement as needed.
